AFTER PLACING OF ORDER  
You will automatically receive the following information to your given e-mail address;

1) Confirmirmation of order - e-mail with the title "Order Processing" with the proforma invoice. To be paid if you have choosen bank transfer, if paid by PayPal you would receive additional e-mail with payment confirmation directly from them.

2) Upon receipt of payment we would sned - e-mail with the title ""Order update"" status information "PAID" (packing in progress) "

3) After shipping of goods - email with the title "Order update" status information "SENT" with the courier waybill number. You can track your DPD parcel here.

-All the products offered in the store are brand new and free from defects  and have been legally introduced into the EU market.

- All prices quoted on the website are gross prices (including VAT currently applicable in Poland). Binding on the parties to the transaction is the price shown on the product at the time of purchase by the customer. For each product sold / service is issued VAT invoices. Business customers could purchase good nett of VAT, if they are registered for european VAT.

- Ordered goods are delivered by courier. Charges and times are set on this page.

- In the case of non-conformity of the goods advertised and letter stating the deficiencies and expectations on how to fulfill our obligations, should be returned at your own expense to the address listed on the Store, the method of implementation of commitments store. - According to the polish Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws No. 22, item. 271) Art. 7, within 10 days of delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer is entitled to return without giving reasons in the withdrawal, according to the general rules laid down in the provisions on distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal, the contract is deemed void and the consumer is released from any obligations. This means that the goods must be in original packaging with complete information, and the product and accessories are intact. It is permissible to open the package to see the goods, and the goods may be used, provided that such use will not lead to a change in its state. If you want to exercise a right of return above, the goods must be returned at your own expense to the address listed on the store. For the return shipment must be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal and account number for which the store has a return payment. Store within 14 working days shall examine the product. The customer must send a signed copy of the memo, and after receiving it, within 7 working days, the shop shall refund the money to the account of the customer.

RESTRICTIONS;

- Goods purchased in the store are brand new and are guaranteed for the period specified in the warranty card supplied with the goods.
